Developing an ancient recipe, we created OLTRE amaro, a refined and original liqueur made with cold infusions of various wild medicinal herbs typical of the Oltrepò Pavese area: nettle, lemon balm, chamomile, and rhubarb.
We then enriched it with a fine infusion of fresh and delicious cherries, macerated for at least 90 days in high-quality alcohol, which gives it a pleasant liveliness.
